Position Title: Engineering Planner, Core Engineering Job Description: This position of reports to Manufacturing Engineering’s Core Process Section within the Budgets and Proposals group. Specific needs are in the areas of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE). Budgets and Planning supports all phases of program capture and execution including the preparation of Non-binding Budgetary Estimates (NBBE), responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) via submission of formal BOEs, Proposal Negotiations, Budget Setup including scheduling and cost, periodic EVMS reporting as required, draft and monitor Budget Change Requests (BCR) and preparation of Estimates at Completion (EAC). U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date. This position can be a Salary Grade G07 or Salary Grade G08 based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position. Required Skills: - 2+ years of finance experience - Experience with MS Office Suite - Experience with project management or related management expertise - U.S. Citizenship Desired Skills: - Certified in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) - Risk and Opportunity Management - Experience with Earned Value Management System principles - PRISM experience - Visiprise Management Experience - Prior experience working in engineering, operations, supply chain or quality - MS Excel Macro expertise - Visual Basic - Experience with Capital Acquisition Requests (AR) including development of Return on Investments (ROI) - Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Self-motivated and results oriented - Experience with PTC Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) System - Ability to work in a team environment - Proven written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills - Ability to work with minimum direct supervision - Qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent - Active DoD Clearance (Secret, Confidential) - Experience with Earned Value Management System principles Required Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent combination of related experience and education (each two years of related experience can substitute for one year of education). 103220
