The Solutions Development Team of the Health Sciences Global Business Unit develops standard software integration products to meet the ever growing complexity of our customers by expanding and integrating the capabilities and data of different core product offerings. These Standard Software solutions need to meet rigorous process and quality standards for general availability for use by customers in regulated environments.
This is a Project Management position. This person will take on all project management activities for software development projects in the HSGBU Solutions Development team. This person will fully understand and follow our SDLC and be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, managing local and remote project resources, risk management, scope management, quality management, and project and product documentation development. This role will provide project leadership and drive projects to completion ensuing issues are tracked and managed, and all interested parties are effectively communicated to. Part of the role includes driving software deliverables through the Oracle Security Review processes. Once projects have completed, this role is generally looked to for internal (and occasionally external) training materials and delivery of training.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
