The Applications Technical Specialist - Mortgage LOS provides analytical and in depth product knowledge to the customer base across the supported applications. They are responsible for working in their area of expertise to provide timely solutions and recommendations to the customers to resolve their issues. Role Responsibilities: • Develop expertise in multiple product areas and will mentor less experienced team members and customers. • Presents and champions escalations from customers on product issues to the appropriate internal Accenture Mortgage Cadence groups. • Possess the requisite skillset to troubleshoot customer issues and provide required information to other internal groups to help solve those issues. Additional responsibilities will include participating in and facilitating Change Control processes, working with Development resources to perform Root Cause Analysis, participating in On Call Support, and mentoring other team members. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications • 5 years of experience providing analytical and or customer support for software applications • 5 years of experience working directly for a lending institution in a business or lending software products • A basic understanding of internet and network technologies. • Basic skills in SQL • Mortgage Industry knowledge including Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Direct to Consumer industry processes. • Basic diagnostic skills Additional Preferred Skill Requirements • Mortgage Cadence software experience or experience working with, or supporting another mortgage origination software platform Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
