Responsible for developing and managing new and existing eviCore provider-focused solutions, such as those related to clinical workflow, knowledge management, and data analytics interfaces. Combines knowledge of medical practice, engineering know-how, and product management training to deliver clinically oriented products or standardized processes. Facilitates a local team of engineers, designers, product managers, clinical analysts, and business owner, but also coordinates with external stakeholders inside and outside of eviCore. Focuses on short to medium term deliverables (1-2 years). Performance measured on the success of the team and related products.


  • Doctorate of Medicine or Registered Nurse. Bachelors or Masters of Computer Science or other scientific/engineering discipline preferred.

  • 4-6 years of related experience, including other experience in the healthcare field. Experience in healthcare and technology required.


  • Clinical background – ability to understand clinical and revenue cycle workflow

  • Biomedical knowledge – ability to synthesize, translate, and manage internal clinical knowledge databases

  • Engineering know-how – ability to understand and communicate with software developers and data analysts

  • Data analysis – ability to write SQL queries, Python scripts, and process data in Excel, combining it with clinical background and knowledge to derive insights for the product and team

  • Product vision – ability to understand the business goals and translate them to lower level requirements

  • Product design – ability to understand and implement design elements to drive user behavior and experience towards business objectives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to align various stakeholders and their incentives for project success

  • Strong problem solving skills
