Kforce IT Support Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

Kforce is assisting a well-established, European-based chain has made some serious inroads in the Boston, MA area. With over 800 locations globally, they have established a global brand, and they need you to support their IT in the Boston area! If you like minimal supervision (your boss is in a different country) and autonomy (main IT resource in the US) then this one might be for you. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist.Responsibilities:

  • Support the IT infrastructure at the corporate site and at the retail locations around Boston (day travel)

  • Manage the service desk ticketing systems

  • Provide key support for new IT initiatives

  • Make recommendations for improvements in workflows/initiatives as required

  • BS in MIS or related

  • 3 years in IT Support

  • Strong background in customer service

  • Willingness to work off hours/weekends as required (overtime)
