Kforce Member Services Associate in Boston, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA seeking a Member Services Associate to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.Duties Include:

  • Field Operations-handling escalated tickets regarding member billing issues, members whose rental cars have been in accidents, etc.

  • No inbound calls-outbound to resolve ticket issues; this comprises 60% of the person's day

  • Assists in follow up to NPS (their surveys); will be reaching out to various survey takers to thank them for their time, or to address issues expressed in the survey

  • A lot of work on tickets or surveys is over email-must have excellent written communication skills

  • Will be analyzing data and making operational improvement suggestions (data from surveys, escalations resolution, etc.)

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have excellent time management skills

  • Must have the ability to analyze data and suggest process improvement

  • Must have excellent computer skills
