Job Summary:

Partners with Customer Advocacy professionals or other internal functional partners to understand their information needs and the challenges of the business. Acts as a subject matter expert for qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, identifying approaches to best meet business needs. Designs and supports execution of research. Performs analysis of collected data, and organizes and presents findings to stakeholders. Responsible for contributing to Voice of the Customer research framework and overall strategy. Leads both simple and complex projects that will impact the future direction of the business. Participates in large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Customer Advocacy professionals or other internal clients or stakeholders to understand their information needs and the challenges of the business. Acts as an internal expert for available research tools and their applicability to research requirements.

  • Leads the development of detailed specifications or definition of qualitative and quantitative research tools to address business information priorities.

  • Serve as project manager for targeted customer journey research (including stakeholder management, methodology, design, coordination of customer or external sample, survey programming and testing, vendor management if applicable)

  • Identifies appropriate opportunities to use statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, multivariate analysis, choice-based conjoint, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and data mining. Leads coordination with data sciences and functional analytics teams to execute advance analysis and integrate insights into study findings and presentations.

  • Organizes and presents findings regarding business results, market trends, competitive intelligence, customer preferences, etc.; analyzes and interprets results, providing specific recommendations for actionable business plans to address business challenges.

  • Leads complex projects that will impact the future direction of the business.

  • Participates in large, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with 7 years related experience. Advanced business degree preferred.

  • Experience with primary, secondary, and database analysis research methodologies.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.

  • Strong quantitative analysis, problem solving, and project management skills.

  • Experience using SAS statistical program to perform analysis and knowledge of SQL desirable.
