The Solutions SQL Specialist role will specialize in Configuration Migration Utility (CMU) tasks and deployments, supply SQU expertise to the Solutions team, and explore opportunities for improvements within the Mortgage Cadence databases. Responsibilities include: • Configuration Migration Utility deployments • Production and staging database query script writing • Collaboration with other departments • Provide recommendations for database optimizers • Provide SQL query training for team members • Assist with support environments database maintenance Professional Skills include: • Strong leadership skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good technical acumen • Knowledge of web based applications and architecture • Advanced problem solving skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Good working knowledge of mortgage industry and mortgage business processes • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other areas of the organization • Ability to work independently, and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgement in problem solving Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: • 4 years of experience with production database administration • Expert understanding of Microsoft SQL Server • Highly self-motivated and directed with proven analytical and problem solving abilities • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Skill Requirements: • Enterprise Lending Center software experience or experience working with or supporting another mortgage origination software platform • Mortgage industry knowledge including Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Direct to Consumer industry processes • BA or BS Computer Sciences, Business Management or related or equivalent experience • Accuracy and attention to detail • Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff • Ability to effectively prioritize and executive tasks to meet project deadlines Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
