Suffolk Construction Talent Management System (TMS) Support Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

The TMS Support Analyst will be responsible for four primary activities related to the Saba Platform: Administration, Configuration, Integration and Consultation. TMS Support Analyst will work directly with Suffolk stakeholders and Saba representatives manage and maintain system functionality.

  • Provides consulting to business on system configurations to implement organizational strategies. Additionally, the TMS Support Analyst will be responsible for all general system configurations and maintenance.

  • Manages and consults on the integration of new Saba modules as identified by the business. The TMS Support Analyst will manage the integration of third-party vendors as well as users external to Suffolk.

  • Develop system and process documentation. The TMS Support Analyst will also be responsible for training stakeholders, staff and internal clients in the use of various Saba functionalities.

  • Develop and maintain Saba metrics required by stakeholders and internal clients.

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Saba Super-Admin

  • Bachelor’s degree, technology or humanity field preferred

  • Experience in a learning, employee development or HR role preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
