Suffolk Construction Talent Management System (TMS) Support Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

The TMS Support Analyst will be responsible for four primary activities related to the Saba Platform: Administration, Configuration, Integration and Consultation. TMS Support Analyst will work directly with Suffolk stakeholders and Saba representatives manage and maintain system functionality.
Provides consulting to business on system configurations to implement organizational strategies. Additionally, the TMS Support Analyst will be responsible for all general system configurations and maintenance.
Manages and consults on the integration of new Saba modules as identified by the business. The TMS Support Analyst will manage the integration of third-party vendors as well as users external to Suffolk.
Develop system and process documentation. The TMS Support Analyst will also be responsible for training stakeholders, staff and internal clients in the use of various Saba functionalities.
Develop and maintain Saba metrics required by stakeholders and internal clients.
Minimum three years of experience as a Saba Super-Admin
Bachelor’s degree, technology or humanity field preferred
Experience in a learning, employee development or HR role preferred
Strong combination of technical and consultative skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Solution agent with strong planning, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work collaboratively and individually
Provides best in class customer service
Sound business judgment
Proven success as influencer and as a change agent
Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
