Kforce Technical Support Engineer (SQL) in Boston, Massachusetts

A Kforce client, an industry-leading, healthcare technology company, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Candidate will support enterprise software products utilized by customers around the globe. The Technical Support Engineer will work with talented cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and reach company goals. This position is in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).

  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise software

  • Hands-on SQL skills

  • Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle

  • Strong customer and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of Java and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is preferred
