Oracle Agility Leader (Scrum Master) in Burlington, Massachusetts
Executes security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs.
Researches attempted efforts to compromise security protocols. Maintains security systems for routers and switches. Administers security policies to control access to systems. Maintains the company s firewall. Uses applicable encryption methods. Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Prefer 8 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.

The Agility Leader is accountable for Scrum ceremonies and practices that shepherd Oracle business problems into epics from grooming to production. This individual is part of the Cloud Security engineering leadership team and will drive Oracle leaders to better Agility compatibility and outcomes.

Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Should be friendly communicative person to keep communication open and effective in a fast moving team
Forecast iteration deliverables, estimation, and planning
Strong grasp of Agile practices, with ability to train and coach Scrum team members on Agile competencies.
Facilitates cross-team, program wide rituals, like release planning or program retrospectives.
Track and remove impediments
Work closely with stakeholders, management and the project management organization to meet requirements and deadlines.
Establish team working agreements to facilitate productivity, and increase the probability of success in each sprint.
Required Skills & Experience
Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and practices
Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Thorough understanding of the software development life-cycle
Demonstrated accountability for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Experience working with Jira/Confluence is a plus
Experience working with DevOps teams is a plus
Knowledge of Scrum (CSM), CSP or ACP preferred.
