Summary: The Global Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing defined categories within the Professional Services Procurement Department. Potential categories include; HR, Legal, Business Services / Consulting, Temp Labor etc, facilities and travel.) with an individual purchasing spend of approx. $250M US. This position will be instrumental in establishing long-term partnership agreements with suppliers and work in a highly collaborative way to develop strong relationships with their vendors. Equally the Global Procurement Manager will evaluate, qualify and select vendors and negotiate SLA's to ensure the best cost, quality, and delivery of services.

Responsibilities: Aside from the day to day responsibilities, the Global Procurement Manager will establish and lead best procurement practices within the team, while working closely and influencing sr. level executives, peer level project and team resources or subordinates on solving current and future roadblocks to the organization, the Procurement Manager will be required to work independently have superior problem solving skills, and experience negotiating complex agreement. The Global Procurement Manager will be instrumental in transforming the procurement team from a traditional, tactical group to a progressive, collaborative and strategic team, adding value to throughout the entire organization. The Global Procurement manager will have the ability to analyze complex situations and data, providing creative solutions to achieve desired results.

Qualifications: The Global Procurement Manager will have a minimum of 10 years procurement experience within either HR, Legal, Business Services / Consulting, Temp Labor or similar professional services procurement, facilities and travel categories with a spend of at least $200M US. They will be hands-on, relationship oriented professional who thrives in a performance based culture. This individual will also have a strategic, solutions oriented mindset and look to constantly improve themselves and the team around them. The Global Procurement Manager will have an open and direct communication style, and the ability to work cross-functionally throughout the entire organization.
