Kelly Services Healthcare Professional (HCP) System Specialist in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Every day, Kelly Services connects professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for a Healthcare Professional (HCP) System Specialist with a pharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, MA.
Work schedule will be Monday – Friday, typically 8a – 5p. Fulltime, 40 hour work week.
Duration is a 6+ month assignment, possible extension, however no guarantee.
Pay rate is $25.00/hour.
Healthcare Professional (HCP) System Specialist
Under the supervision of Clinical Services personnel this candidate will liaise with multiple stakeholder to gain approvals, perform data gathering, data entry activities and reconciliation for the Healthcare Professional Engagements Systems. The HCP Engagements Systems are tools used to capture all meeting details and spend associated with engaging a Healthcare Professional.
Duties & Responsibilities: • Serve as primary point of contact for HCP Engagements for designated functions within R&D (e.g. obtaining approvals/fair market value, data entry, upload meeting documentation, aggregate spend etc.) • Gather HCP Engagement meeting information from multiple stakeholders to route for approval • Liaise with multiple stakeholders (e.g., HCP Requestor, Legal, Compliance, etc) to gain necessary approvals in relevant systems • Work with Contract Specialist and HCP requestor to ensure HCP agreements are executed • Enter HCP meeting information and documentation into relevant HCP Engagement Systems • Enter aggregate spend data for HCP Meetings in HCP Engagements System • Partner closely with the designated meeting planning vendor to ensure documentation and spend are captured in the relevant HCP Engagement Systems • Close-out all Individual HCP Engagements and HCP Meetings in the HCP Engagements System • Reconcile all aggregate spend data to ensure it has been entered in the HCP Engagements System for each department • Participate in relevant projects, meetings and process improvement activities for HCP Engagement Processes (as needed)
Qualifications: • Have experience working with complex databases • Possess advanced computer skills with in depth knowledge of MS Office • Fully understand importance of data integrity • Have a high level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Advanced organizational and communication skills • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to adjust with changing priorities • Enthusiasm for innovative research and ability and desire to learn new approaches, technologies and expand core skill set.
