Duties & Responsibilities The mission of the Harvard Medical School Office for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership (DICP) is to advance diversity inclusion in health, biomedical, behavioral, and STEM fields that build individual and institutional capacity to achieve excellence, foster innovation, and ensure equity in health locally, nationally, and globally.The Program Manager will work closely with the Dean for Diversity and Community Partnership and other administrative and research/evaluation team members on a wide range of project-related tasks associated with task force initiatives, data collection, analysis and reporting, and research and evaluation efforts. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage projects, including, but not limited to, fulfilling reporting requirements, managing project logistics and timelines for deliverables, coordinating meeting schedules and logistics, managing communications, attending meetings and preparing meeting summaries, and developing reports and presentations. This individual will collect and analyze data, conduct literature reviews and synthesize information from various source systems and maintain appropriate records. Will also develop research proposals, reports and other related documents as needed. May perform other related responsibilities, as needed

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience in administration of programs and/or project management. Advanced degree may count toward experience.

Additional Qualifications Master's degree in health or social science discipline preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in managing the completion of research and or evaluation projects a plus. Strong command of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with PubMed, Lexis-Nexis. Experience working with data of varying quality and from varied source systems. Knowledge of and experience with statistics, including familiarity with STATA, SAS and/or NVivo a plus. Proven ability to work under pressure, accurately assess problems, and develop solutions. Ability to work independently and in a team. Flexibility: comfort working in a rapidly changing, diverse environment. Capacity to communicate with a highly diverse group of people and exhibit sensitivity to cultural difference

Additional Information This is a six month term position, with the potential for renewal.
