Oracle Senior Solution Lead - Strategic Initiatives in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.

May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources, addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met, and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

Summary:

This position ispart of the Strategic initiatives team whichis currentlyfocused on developing and rolling out NetSuite s go-to-market offering andapproach referred to as SuiteSuccess. We are looking for ahard-working,self-starter to join us in theCustomer Experience team (sub-teamwithin Strategic initiative) whichfocuses on compliance, adoption, communication & continuous refinement ofSuiteSuccess solution & processes to increase the overall end userexperience (NetSuite Customers, internal employees, partners, etc.).

The Senior Solution lead will drive the strategy& execution to drive change management as new SuiteSuccessofferings/upgrades are made available. This individual will keep up with allthe latest NetSuite and SuiteSuccess product roll outs and ensure thestakeholders (Enablement teams, Edu teams etc.) are ready for the upcomingchanges. You will also be the primarycontact from Customer experience team to interact and gather cross functionalfeedback as well as external feedback through various events - QBRs, Customer Advisory Boards (CAB), Partner AdvisoryBoards (PAB), Marketing events, Customer visits etc. to enable continuous improvements. Thisindividual will provide inputs to build executive level decision matrix neededto finalize roadmap for new SuiteSuccess offerings. You will also build aframework for internal and external collaboration for smooth adoption ofSuiteSuccess.NetSuite experienceis highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • To understand and document summary of all the changes happening on the product side at a regular cadence.

Understand and document rolebased impact assessment to different stakeholder groups and develop an associatedchange plan to address the impacts

Manage risks and issuesto implementing change.

  • To provide a framework for internal collaboration and feedback collection & resolution.

  • Lead deep-dive analysis and investigations to better understand an end to end customer experience including touchpoints, cross-channel behaviors, drivers, preferences etc.

  • Collect customer feedback by attending CAB, PAB, Customer visits, Marketing events etc.

  • Summarize feedback and use this feedback to influence the SuiteSuccess roadmap.

  • Work with senior management to understand their needs & provide reports to give them visibility on all the work related to change management,

Work with global teams asrequired, to possibly include occasional travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS, Graduate degree

-{PS..0}->Minimum of 4-6 yearsexperience in managing projects & change management

Ability to quickly learn technicalcapabilities & processes being rolled out from the Solution build team andconnect it to potential impacts across different roles within business iscrucial

Broad business knowledgeand exposure working across multiple functions

  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to present complex ideas in a way that will flex to various audiences

Excellent communicationskills and ability to influence at all levels in a company.

  • Having experience in using NetSuite is a huge plus

  • Familiarity with complex enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM and related development and customizations platforms is preferred
