The Delivery Assurance Manager is expected to partner with Kronos subcontractors to ensure delivery of all aspects of a product or service offering for Kronos customers managing milestones from assignment to project close alongside the partner. This role requires the management of a subcontractor’s backlog monitoring project assignments, forecasting, system updates, and overall customer satisfaction while working to allow Kronos partners the necessary autonomy to be successful in the partnership. Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, product engineering, and other members of cross-functional teams. Role requires updating multiple data sources to ensure accurate reporting and partner tracking. Customer-facing work is required to ensure overall customer satisfaction with both the Kronos product and partner delivery.Project Manager III uses skills and experience in consulting, managing implementations, setting and managing customer expectations, using project management methodologies, and leading teams/projects. This individual uses his/her experience to apply solutions moderately complex projects. This individual general works independently while providing regular updates to manager.Project Management Skills◦Evaluates what drives the business and effectively advises on business decisions.◦Understands some of the Kronos specific solutions to offer guidance and best practice recommendations to subcontractors.◦Understands and is able to accurately estimate the time necessary to complete key customer and internal milestones and effectively guide the partner in communication with the client.◦Is able to understand and practice project management methodologies.◦Is able to effectively identify and influence key decision makers internally & externally.◦Is able to understand and analyze the expected outcomes of the partner and internal resources, learning to apply project management and business relationship skills to meet project requirements◦Maintains composure during stressful situations.◦Is able to effectively manage conflicts with internal or external customers by reading the situation quickly and helping others find common ground or involving appropriate individuals for guidance.◦Responsibility to escalate project risks and issues, and can articulate them without bias.◦Is able to present to more senior leaders.◦Sought out by others for advice and solutions on how to manage customer or internal expectations related to his/her specialized area.◦Effectively negotiates in tough situations with both internal and external groups related to specialized area.


•3-5+ years of project management work experience.•Broad knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, time & labor management, or similar domain knowledge.•Experience managing an implementation team required.•Experience managing large software projects required.•Strong analytical skills.•Strong experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports.•Superb written and oral communication skills required (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word).•Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.•Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from project management to coaching other team members.•Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% on a regular basis#LI-POST
