Quality Assurance/ Data Integrity Officer
Ensures that the Center is in compliance with all DOL, Corporate and Center requirements.
Assists in the coordination and communication between departments: Assists all departments in coordinating procedures necessary for contract obligations. Defines, analyzes and recommends avenues for increased efficiency. Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date. Coordinates communication and reporting systems between departments to ensure that all reports, assignments, and functions are being met in accordance to DOL, Corporate and Center requirements.
Provides support to assure all policies and procedures are adhered to: Assists Center Director in determining Center’s policies and procedures according to DOL and Corporate policies. Maintains system to ensure accuracy, efficiency and contract compliance. Investigates department functions as defined by SOP’s to evaluate accuracy, efficiency and contract compliance. Investigates reporting procedures, records, management methods, and departmental systems, and compiles reports, including conclusions and recommendations for solutions of administrative or department problems. Holds focus groups with trainees and staff.
Audits all Center functions to ensure compliance with all DOL, Corporate and Center policies: Audits systems to include Finance, Purchasing, Property, Academic, Career Services, Residential, MIS/Facilities work order system, Health and Wellness, SGA, safety inspections, SIRs, OA, CTS and PB Dewberry System. Conducts Center PAG assessments. Ensures compliance with all DOL, Corporate and Center notices.
Reviews all trainee records for unassigned, active and separated trainees and reviews all property locations and functions: Ensures that Center does not incur liquidated costs or other fines as it relates to trainees’ duty status, academic and CTT attainments, placement information or property issues. Audits the CIS, EPMS, CTS, and OASIS systems to ensure compliance with DOL, Corporate and Center requirements.
Other important functions: Identifies, trouble-shoots and problem-solves Center’s issues as an active member of the management team. Audits all JCRL reports for accuracy.
Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid State Driver’s License
CPR / First Aid certified
