The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for key project deliverables while managing project scope, budget and timeline. The PM is responsible for reviewing and reporting on the overall program as well as individual project work plans. The PM will also have the responsibility for reporting on status of project activities, milestones, and deliverables. Early identification of risks and mitigations, managing issues and reporting status are key factors for success.


  • Manages day to day project schedule, resourcing, risk trackers, schedules, and performance commitments in fulfilling program, project, or system objectives.

  • Coordinates creation, maintenance, and tracking of Project Schedules

  • Drives near term tasks

  • Coordinates identification, mitigation, and tracking of Project Risks

  • Coordinates Project Scope Management process

  • Owns development of Project Management Plan

  • Owns action tracking

  • Coordinates weekly meetings, minutes, presentations & provides detailed management updates

  • Ensures that work performed on an assigned program meets cost, schedule, technical performance, customer requirements and management requirements relative to technical performance in accordance with the product development process SOPs

  • Promotes teamwork within the program.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field.

  • 5+ years’ experience leading and executing the coordination of programs/projects and the delivery of products.

  • Exceptional project management experience, influence management, and team building as well as a history of being able to multi-task and meet multiple project schedules on time.

  • Outstanding verbal and written, analytical/problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.

  • Ability to understand and comply with applicable FDA regulations and Company operating procedures, processes, policies, and rules.

  • Advanced MS Office skills. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Project.


  • Advanced credentials in a relevant technical discipline/concentration and/or an MBA.

  • Formal academic and/or in-house training in leadership, Six Sigma, and related are desired.

  • Formal training in Program/Project Management or Program Management Professional Certification.
