Technical HRIS Analyst - Oracle HCM - 1705845



The HRIS team of 12 (both functional and technical) will work within the team and HR to research, design, and execute HCM and ATS solutions that meet the emerging needs of the HR business. The role will involve understanding HR business processes in detail and having a practitioner’s deep knowledge of a cloud-based system. When HR processes or requirements change, this team will partner with HR SMEs to translate the need into a proposed solution, anticipate technical or process challenges, and participate in the realization of the solution through the coordination of internal and external resources. The team will act as an internal consultant to the business, by gathering, organizing and verifying concerns, outlining proposed solutions, estimating the impact on time, labor and financial resources and articulating the business ramifications in both the current and planned HCM environments. They will manage the configuration, upgrades and all changes to the systems. They will work with the Technology team, network teams and Oracle vendor as needed. This team will be the primary technical support for the HCM/ATS systems.

The SR HRIS Technical Analyst (technical focus) will help with projects and day to day support of the systems. He/she will work closely with the rest of the functional team and technical team. He/she will report into the Senior HRIS Technical Manager.

Position Duties

Defines, schedules and maintains HCM extract definitions as needed.

Defines, schedules and maintains OTBI, BI Publisher reports & HCM extracts.

Defines, manages and supports custom migrations and extensions made through the standard framework.

Reviews and decodes Fast Formulas as needed for administration.

Supports both Oracle Fusion and Taleo Systems.



Bachelors degree required.

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Good knowledge of at least one of the modules: Fusion, HR Self Service, Compensation and Talent Management.

Strong hands on experience in Fusion HCM table structure and should be able to write SQL.
