The Kraft Group Associate Systems Administrator in Foxboro, Massachusetts

Position Summary: This position will be primarily responsible for providing First and Second level end user support on all end user IT equipment and assisting with support/management of associated applications and systems. This includes personal computers, laptops, voice equipment, handheld devices, and the software that runs on these systems. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1.Creation, deletion and maintenance of all user and computer system accounts and passwords in Active Directory, corporate email system, phone system, and related applications and services 2.Assisting with network hardware and software issues and ongoing administration of the corporate network 3.Creating and maintaining process and procedure documentation 4.Tier II HD support 5.Identify, investigate and resolve server related alerts 6.Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance, inventory, and security measures associated with the company's voice and data networks 7.Working with all IT team members to assess and solve companywide IT issues 8.Providing instruction and guidance to all end users on voice and data related products as needed 9.Ongoing support of network software, file shares, and security 10.Special projects and assignments as business dictates Skills, Qualifications & Experience: 1.BS in Computer Science, or MIS preferred 2.0-2 years of recent experience with increasing responsibility in a help desk role, to include the installation and support of Microsoft Office, Windows and Windows Server 3.Solid hardware troubleshooting and replacement experience 4.Solid experience with or similar disk imaging technology 5.Detail oriented 6.Ability to work nights and weekends as business dictates
