HELP DESK SUPPORT 20 hours/week The Help Desk Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to the agency computer systems, hardware and software. Responsibilities also include responding to inquiries, training computer users, running diagnostic programs, identifies problems and implements solutions with the guidance of the IT Manager.
