Citizens Bank Application Prog/Developer 3 (6892425)Cranston, RI 5+ Months Pega Customer Service System Upgrade CSS Agent Desktop and CSS Branch are the target system for all "assisted service" transactions and for supporting customer advice and sales discussions. This foundational Pega version upgrade is critical to the roadmap to deliver customer experience transformational improvements for the future. The upgrade will improve stability and will address limitations of Pega 6.3 as CFG moves to later versions of underlying infrastructure such as Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11. The Senior Application Developer is responsible for leading the development, implementation and support of various BPM/PEGA applications. This involves planning, analysis, detailed design, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the BPM components. The PEGA Senior App Developer contributes to enterprise architecture by ensuring that common architecture decisions are implemented consistently across business and IT in order to support the business and IT strategy. Perform research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver IT architecture solutions that are appropriate for the business and IT strategies in one or more domains.
