Customer Fulfillment Specialist (Job Number: 170709)

Description

Ensures fast, efficient, and accurate order-to-delivery execution of the Spares Order Global spare parts order fulfillment processes to maximize service levels, reduce equipment downtime, and ensure Customer delight

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executes Order-to-Delivery processes to achieve a minimum 95% on-time delivery

  • Maintains minimum in-bound phone call and order creation volumes

  • Implements DC & Trunk stock Inventory transfer process based on recommendations from team leads

  • Supports expediting process with sources of Supply to meet urgent Customer requirements

  • Provides support to FSE’s and Dealers on issues of product availability & part number identification

  • Identify and escalate issues that prevent or slow the efficiency of the Service Parts fulfillment process

  • Audit Parts orders for accuracy as needed

  • Utilize IS solutions (Oracle, Agile, etc.) to streamline Spare Parts fulfillment procedures

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with interdependent groups to automate the Spare Parts support processes and create cost reduction opportunities wherever feasible.

  • Monitor order backlog and status to insure Parts delivery service levels are achieved

  • Assist in preparing monthly metrics reports for departmental performance.

  • Respond to inquiries for order status and Parts information as required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with changing levels of priority due to customer and field service demands

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, both oral and written

  • Adept at working in cross functional teams to solve problems affecting process flow

  • Proficiency PC/Window – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Oracle ERP Experience, and/or best-in-class Planning tools (Baxter, Kinaxis, etc.) highly desirable

Education

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent discipline.

Experience

  • Zero to three (0-3) years in a customer oriented environment involving direct contact with customers and responsibility for problem solving.

Specialized Knowledge

  • TQM concepts, Continuous Improvement techniques.

  • Microsoft Office software tools.

  • Oracle ERP and or Agile experience a plus.
