Hydroid Sales Order Administrator - Temporary in Massachusetts

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for all sales orders for REMUS systems, repairs, upgrades, spare parts, support services, training and other components.

  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization's internal systems and customer purchase orders.

  • Update and maintain customer and sales order data in ERP system and FileMaker.

  • Assist with resolution of issues related to any sales orders.

  • Conduct sales order updates and system reconciliation in support of month end closings.

  • Provide monthly and quarterly data as it relates to order income.

  • Provide assistance to the proposal and contracts team as needed.

  • Perform routine administrative duties, such as maintaining orders in various stages arranged in files according to an established system.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires an individual that can work in a fast paced demanding environment; with a high attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and enthusiastic attitude. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems preferred.
