We are looking for an individual who can work as part of a team supporting PC issues that can be moderately complex in nature, where their sound judgement would be leveraged when resolving problems and making routine recommendations.

  • Performs installation and imaging of new PCs.

  • Coordinates with PC vendor for any hardware repairs.

  • Provides Windows PC software support and troubleshooting.

  • Troubleshoots basic network problems, as they relate to PC connectivity.

  • Manages desktop issues through use of the trouble ticketing system.

  • Instructs users in the proper use of personal computers and networks, per corporate guidelines.

  • May occasionally assist the Cybersecurity team in the investigation of desktop virus/malware incidents.

  • Experience supporting tools used in a software development environment is highly desirable.

  • 4 year degree in Information Technologies preferred

  • 5+ years of Windows PC support experience

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Ability to solve issues with only general guidance

  • Familiarity with networking, as it applies to PCs

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, as it relates to PC setup and support
