Responsibilities

• Assist in the day to day responsibilities of the Information Technology department

• Provide end user help desk support to resolve issues with Windows 7/10 computers in a networked environment

• Perform PC software installations as required and setup new PC systems for employees

• Support of Microsoft Office 365 and its associated programs

• Assist in the implementation of server administration projects

• Provide support and management for other computer related systems

• Support IT projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a degree in a computer science related field or IT certification from Microsoft or CompTIA

• Possess the ability to work directly with employees to troubleshoot problems and determine an effective resolution

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Must be able to maneuver 30-50lbs of computer related equipment
