Job Description

  • RPA Architect will be responsible for creating PDD and SDD and actual design of the software robot taking into account completeness of scenarios and business rules, financial and/or regulatory compliance considerations, capacity utilization of robots as well as of the underlying applications and all other aspects of robot design.

  • RPA Architect will also be responsible for development, testing and implementation of RPA bot’s that will interact with multiple applications.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using RPA software.

  • Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.

  • Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities.

  • Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.

  • Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

  • Develop and document configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development efforts.

  • Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Robotic Process Automation products and services.

  • RPA Architect is expected to be knowledgeable of the architecture of RPA platform they have worked with .


  • 2+ years of relevant RPA bot development experience with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath

  • 4+ years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL etc.)

  • 1+ years’ experience leading work streams or small teams

  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle Analytics or Systems integration engagement across strategy, design and implementation

  • Exposure to Data Analytics, Cognitive / AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) with preference given for industry experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent

  • Must have strong technical knowledge and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a distributed team setting

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
