Provides security services on company premises.

Responsible for security in a specified facility or region. Conduct theft investigations. Provide security for sensitive exit interviews. Act as liaison between company and law enforcement agency. Implement corporate security policies and procedures. May be responsible for managing contract guard personnel.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

POSITION TITLE AND SUMMARY: Sr. Manager, Global Physical Security, Education & Awareness

Oracle is now looking for a senior security professional tojoin our team. The physical security operations team is the primary interfacewith all clients, and ensures that client needs and expectations are met withhigh quality, industry standard programs and services. This individualcontributor will be responsible for the design and implementation of employeeoutreach, education and awareness strategies within the physical securityarena, globally. The role will partnerwith key business partners to promote a safe and security environment throughtraining media, newsletters, roadshows, and communication to name a few. The qualified candidate will report directlyto the Vice President, Global Physical Security.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-{PS..0}-> -{PS..1}->Initiates, designs, develops and implementsvarious education and awareness campaigns for employees globally

-{PS..2}-> -{PS..3}->Ensures a regular cadence of updates, reminders,and tips are disseminated companywide through various mediums (newsletters,giveaways, social media, fairs, roadshows, videos, etc.)

-{PS..4}-> -{PS..5}->Represent GPS with other lines of business with similarE&A functions, such as Global Information Security, Environmental Health& Safety, Corporate Communications, Oracle University, etc.

-{PS..6}-> -{PS..7}->Manager regular updates to the GPS website,traveler information, and policies

-{PS..8}-> -{PS..9}->Will be the steward for policy and procedurecompliance within GPS

-{PS..10}-> -{PS..11}->Track regular metrics and KPIs. Manager department metric program to includecollection, assembly and dissemination of quarterly metrics.

-{PS..16}-> -{PS..17}->Create and manage the E&A budget and financialbusiness model

-{PS..20}-> -{PS..21}->Liaison with internal Oracle partners to achieveobjectives, develop new programs and leverage resources for program and servicedelivery

-{PS..24}-> -{PS..25}->Will perform duties outside of a typical E&Arole, such as security operations during large corporate events (OOW, Club)

REQUIREMENTS:

-{PS..28}-> -{PS..29}->Must have defined security experience, combinedwith experience in communications, marketing, training, or similar. In absence of security experience, provenability to adapt to new environments with a strong E&A background.

-{PS..30}-> -{PS..31}->Advanced skills with all basic Microsoftcomputer software programs and communications techniques. Ability tocommunicate and articulate with a high level of proficiency in both the writtenand verbal format.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
