Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group in Seattle. You will be responsible for managing the content, process, and tooling for cloud customer notifications in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
*Author, manage, and distribute customer notifications to Oracle Public Cloud customers issues through sharing best practices, training, tooling.
*Work as part of our extended support team in a startup atmosphere, doing whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations.
*Focus on customer communication during service impacting events.
*Address communication requests that are escalated to our team from other teams within the company.
*Document key learnings and other relevant details as part of the support you provide.
*Continually improve skills through work experience and training
**Bachelor s degree, in Computer Science, MIS or another technical field
**8 years experience development and implementing enterprise data center projects
**Customer obsession, passion for delighting customers
**Strong understanding of cloud concepts and platforms
**Experience in cloud communications, operations, NOC or similar is preferred
**Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others
**Excellent written communication skills
**Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Outlook email templates
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
**Experience with content creation, editing, and tooling of large scale customer communication programs a plus.
