_About the Position:_
The Resource Coordinator/Specialist will assist with tracking people and third party augmentation staff, for a group within Information Services.
_Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):_
Performs resource planning and allocation for individual projects and at portfolio level.
Conducts org-unit level planning. Consults with IT leadership to identify and prioritize the resource needs of the business unit.
Produces and maintains a resource forecast across the portfolio of projects. Ensures that all new employees are appropriately onboarded.
Works with management on coordinating new positions; both permanent and contract and works with HR and 3rdparties to attract candidates.
Conducts initial filters of potential candidates for vacant roles.
Manages day-to-day relationships between IT resources and internal stakeholders.
_Knowledge & Experience Required:_
An Associate’s degree or related experience.
2-3 years of Project Analyst or related experience.
Proven track record of tracking projects and manpower.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
Ability to communicate effectively ad tactfully, both orally and in writing.
