Job Description

Provide friendly, knowledgeable and prompt support in response to inquiries, concerns and requests to customers. Coordinate efforts of field service, management and administrative teams to achieve effective delivery of products and services to customers through extensive direct telephone contact and extensive use of computer programs and software.

Required Skills

High school degree or equivalent required

Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices

Excellent typing, numeric, oral and written language skills

Customer Service operating systems experience

Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency

Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency

Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Ability to work in a high volume phone atmosphere

Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and coworkers. Strives for the highest level of customer service.

Listening, problem analysis and problem solving skills.

Prioritizes requests and tasks; shares priorities with the team and management.

Provides clear, timely and accurate communication of services and sales information to all parties.

Communicates with customers on renewals, surveys and accounts receivable matters with desired results.

Manages internal and external administrative tasks, collection efforts and customer follow-up proactively and in a timely manner with desired results.

Assists in training of team members as requested


Maintains accurate records within customer service software application.

Assists in routine and special scheduling of service routes.

Produces accurate and timely reports of service activity.

Ensures that workload is performed efficiently with emphasis on phone work, ticket returns, notes management and reporting.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy

Administers proposals and prospect lists.

Responds to leads and referrals
