Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst, Sales Data Insights to produce and maintain sales analysis and reporting. The Sr. Analyst will be at the forefront of creating and delivering analysis and reports for sales leadership and the field to enable quick, smart decision making. He or she will be responsible for identifying & delivering results against our key metrics by coordinating with sales, finance and marketing teams. He or she will create reports based on analysis of sales data, with the ability to present and make recommendation to management based on their insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Drive the forecasting & financial reconciliation process; summarizing weekly and monthly results.
•Maintain Cost of Sales and time to hire KPIs; identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Produce monthly analysis summarizing top level results; through the use of SalesLogix & NetSuite CRM systems, Qlikview reporting, and other platforms as required.
•For new reports & dashboards, the ability to document requirements, evaluate business process implications, and create documentation.
•Perform quality assurance & data integrity checks of all work prior to end user delivery.
•Assist in Ad-hoc reporting; liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties.
•Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis & policy execution.
•Support other Sales & Customer Experience operations team projects related to sales planning, forecasting, reporting, or territory optimization as needed.
•Partner with the Customer Data Management and the technology team to ensure optimum sales & customer data quality and data availability to support data analysis.
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
•6+ years of experience in an analytical role, with prior experience in a sales operations environment.
•Experience working in at least one or more CRM system (Salesforce, SalesLogix, NetSuite etc)
•Demonstrated advanced Excel Capability
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and ability to learn all required business systems
•Basic knowledge in SQL & BI tools (Qlikview, Tableau or Cognos)
•Strong communication skills, with the poise to work and communicate effectively with peers, with front-line sales reps, and with sales and corporate leadership.
•Deep analytical and intellectual curiosity and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
•Healthcare industry and/or subscription business service experience preferred
•Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
•Work effectively individually and in a team environment
