About Bose Marketing Optimization & Analytics (MO&A)

Understanding the impact of your marketing and return on investment is critical to the success of Bose. The MO&A team sits within Marketing Planning and Execution to provide insights and deep analysis, helping to inform data-driven decision-making when it comes to how, where and when we invest our marketing dollars.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an innovative, enthusiastic, proactive team that has a focus on delivering best-in-class marketing insights and recommendations to our key marketing stakeholders, ensuring they have the best possible information to create and execute the marketing strategy. You will join a team of marketers with a strong analytical mindset and the desire to share analyses and insights in a voice that is accessible to all departments throughout Bose. Although this role is located in the US, our focus in global, so the willingness to quickly build expertise of our key global markets is essential.

The focus of this role is in the following key areas:

  • Support the development of measurement plans and KPIs based on set marketing objectives linked to key campaigns, alliances and always-on digital activities, including setting baselines and targets

  • Work closely with our Media and Alliances team to provide frequent insights to help them track performance and optimize marketing plans

  • Proactively deliver relevant insights to key stakeholders within marketing to help them understand the real-time impact of our marketing efforts

  • Be a key contact within the Marketing Insights team for reporting and analysis from digital marketing reporting tools

  • Work closely with our Senior Marketing Analyst to deliver relevant, timely & concise insights and recommendations for our Digital Marketing team

  • Work with Senior Marketing Analysts and our Senior Data Visualization Designer to create and publish insights through infographics, short videos and podcasts

  • Work with the Reporting Analyst to define dashboard requirements for standardized reports

  • Support ad-hoc marketing insights requests for stakeholders throughout Marketing and Sales

  • Work with our Advanced Modelling and Statistics team to provide contextual insights for our marketing mix model outputs

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Power user of digital media reporting tools

  • Strong analytic skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Graphic displays of information

Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the area of digital

  • 3-5 years of experience working with digital marketing data and tools

  • 1-3 years of marketing analytic experience

  • 1-3 years of presenting marketing content to broad audiences
