Six Flags Daily Operating Report & Ticketing Clerk in Agawam, Massachusetts

Description

This role is responsible for carrying out revenue reporting functions within the Finance office for the park, as well as supporting the parks ticketing operation.

You’ll contribute to your mission by:

  • Reviewing the Gross Sales information entered into the Cash Control System

  • Distributing Daily Operating Reports to management upon completion

  • Reviewing attendance entries and verify completion

  • Performing all revenue adjustment entries in the Cash Control System

  • Assisting in the processing of daily ticketing request generated by Group Sales and Corporate Ticketing Management System (CTMS)

  • Returning unredeemed tickets to accurately account for event attendance and client billings

  • Creating invoices and apply payments for client events

  • Assisting Finance Director and Accounting Supervisors with other finance related duties as deemed fit

  • ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies

  • Assisting in other areas of the park as needed

  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
