Kforce Customer Service Administrator in Amherst, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Administrator in Amherst, MA.Key Tasks:

  • Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone recording consistent problem areas

  • May respond to email and Live Chat inquiries

  • Customer service is the primary function

  • Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures

  • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or 18 months to 3 years of customer service experience

  • Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and or services

  • Call Center experience a plus, but will train the right person

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), PC operations, web browsing, and web navigation

  • Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and good listening skills

  • Experience with a call center management phone system

  • Experience with LiveChat a plus
