We are in search of a Director of CRM Strategic Initiatives to join our team in the education industry, located in Western Massachusetts. This role involves the strategic development and continuous improvement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The job function is to ensure the CRM effectively supports our organization's recruitment, retention, engagement, and fundraising goals while delivering access to customized services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and strategic goals.

• Collaborate with organizational and administrative units to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system supports their objectives.

• Lead strategic projects critical to the organization’s mission from initiation to completion, including managing execution to ensure timely completion of deadlines and milestones.

• Use data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, track the effectiveness of the CRM initiatives, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement, retention, and engagement efforts.

• Manage the CRM budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with projects and the organization’s financial goals.

• Plan and host events, special meetings, and workshops that foster collaboration and innovation around stakeholders’ shared commitment to drive CRM initiatives.

• Manage strategic communications to keep stakeholders informed of project updates.

• Manage relationships with CRM vendors and external partners, ensuring that the organization's needs and milestones are met.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM strategic initiatives.

• Proven expertise in CRM, API Development, Business Process Functions, and Configuration Management.

• Proficient in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Implementations, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Integration Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Platform is essential.

• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager and CRM Marketing is required.

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
