R&D Digital Team team is looking for a self-driven, analytical machine intelligence professional. In this role, you will be intelligent, near real time automation network analytics platform that provides end to end detailed visibility into industrial network and uses machine learning to provides insights into potential risks, performance that helps in continuous optimization and cost savings. Our goal is to build an intelligent “Network Advisor” that provides the right information and configuration to the automation network at the right time and enables SE “OPC_UA TSN enabled ecosystem that delivers the right solution to the customer at right times with lowest cost.

What do you get to do in this position?

The right candidate will possess excellent analytical, technical and communication skills, be able to work with engineers, architects and customers to develop and deploy key technical solutions in Ethernet network intelligence systems. Your responsibility will include the following:

  1. Design, implement and support Network Analytical platform that will enable insights to analyze and measure the network traffic based on pre-define rules

  2. Help Engineering develop edge platform to acquire, integrate, compute and predict using industrial network data via edge computing.

  3. Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation

  4. Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for our Ethernet networks

  5. Create analytical model, performing analyses on data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and providing insights from data. You will partner and collaborate with various SE engineering groups, business stakeholders to predict and identify solutions that will help in proactive Ethernet network deployment, secure-operation and fault prediction.

This job might be for you if:

  • Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence or related field

  • Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization

  • Demonstrable ability in data modeling, artificial intelligence to predict

  • Demonstrable skills and experience using MySQL with large data sets (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift) andNoSQL databases such as CouchDB and MongoDB used in Web Applications

  • Proven track record of successful communication of analytical outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

**_Preferred Experience/skills

  • Graduate degree in computer science, business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or another quantitative field

  • Experience in a Data Engineer role

  • IOT experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting for automation (e.g. Python, Perl or R)

  • Familiarity with statistical models and data mining algorithms

  • Experience with map/reduce "big data" systems and services.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills.

  • Embedded firmware design and development in: C/C++

  • Linux/Unix Network programming experience

  • Real-time Operating Systems (Embedded Linux), multithreading, multitasking.

  • Working experience in Linux architecture (Processes, threads, IPC) is a PLUS

  • Application Development Skill with Python/C# is a PLUS.
