ICP Group Director of Enterprise Applications in Andover, Massachusetts

ICP Group is looking to identify a Director of Enterprise Applications to join our team. The Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for providing thought leadership and System Architecture in Salesforce ( CRM ) , eCommerce Technologies and others , leading technical delivery team members, managing lead-generation, ecommerce, digital application development, and partnering with business unit directors to improve overall business processes and customer experiences . The Director of Enterprise Applications will also be responsible for project management, vendor management, presenting to senior leadership, managing budgets, developing roadmaps, and translating complex technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and the ability to lead a team in creating and delivering Enterpris e T echnology solutions that enable business growth.
Responsibilities :
Provide thought - leadership , guidance, and strategy in Salesforce CRM its connected and installed applications and other E nterprise applications within the purview of the position.
Lead technical delivery team members (both internal and external) in the design, development, and delivery of digital applications and solutions, including Salesforce, ecommerce, and marketing automation solutions.
Manage lead-generation efforts through Salesforce technology solutions and process improvements.
Partner with global business unit directors to improve overall business processes and customer experiences through the use of Enterprise applications with a focus on automation
Manage projects, including developing project plans, defining project scope, managing project timelines and deliverables, monitoring project progress, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
Present to senior leadership on the status of technology projects and initiatives, including project updates, risks, and issues.
Develop technology roadmaps and strategies to support business growth, including identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and drive innovation.
Translate complex technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communication, including developing user guides, training materials, and executive summaries.
Experience needed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or a related field .
10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and delivery, with significant experience working with Salesforce technologies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate Salesforce technology solutions into business value.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience designing and managing complex integrations using APIs or other middleware technologies such as MuleSoft , Informatica or Boomi
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, specifically with Salesforce vendors.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other enterprise applications, including Pardot, Salesforce Service Cloud and custom-built applications . Salesforce certification is a plus.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and marketing automation solutions is preferred.
Experience with Manufacturing Environments and/or Manufacturing Cloud Preferred.
Experience with building materials products/construction industry is a plus
