We are looking for an exceptional IT-Business Relationship Manager who will serve as a strategic and trusted partner to IT business stakeholders. You will do this through engagement with the business, process consulting, effective communication, and execution. You will be an integral member of the IT team.
You will accomplish this by:
Leveraging your ability to build strong partnerships and act as a strategic point of contact with whom IT business stakeholders can discuss their ideas, goals, business needs and objectives.
Playing a key role in continuous improvement of systems and processes to transition into the digital space.
Helping key stakeholders to prioritize the portfolio of initiatives impacting Infrastructure, Applications Infrastructure and IT Service Management teams.
Driving analysis of the IT function’s current and future-state capabilities and IT solutions to detect gaps and recommend solutions for improvement and modernization.
Working with stakeholders to develop business cases and value statements for initiatives and present them to senior business and IT leadership team to gain consensus and approval.
Facilitating meetings to discuss IT initiatives and business/IT strategy and delivering informative, well-organized presentations.
Effectively communicating difficult/sensitive information and facilitate decision making and conflict resolution.
Fostering cross-functional communication enabling quality, highly integrated end to end process and solutions.
Educating the user community on IT work that will impact them directly and indirectly.
Working directly with various IT teams to ensure commitments are met and solutions are delivered reliably and predictably; acting as a point of escalation for project teams to resolve business conflict or issues.
Working across IT, PMO and the Organizational Change Management team members on project prioritization, solution delivery, business readiness, UAT and communication. Support implementation, cutover, and post "go-live" activities of new processes and tools.
What will you bring to the team, along with your strategic thinking :
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Information Technology – specifically knowledge of data center operations, network, telecommunications, service desk, end user computing, and information security, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Strong consulting skills; customer-oriented approach in managing communications, conflict and issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
Comfortable working with senior business leaders and their teams.
Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.
Working knowledge of related software applications to include Service Now preferred.
Knowledge of the key directional trends and emerging technologies in the IT industry. Includes knowledge of the key vendors, their strategic and tactical plans, and internal /external advisory services preferred.
This role offers a hybrid work option for days remote and onsite in our Andover, MA office.
