Procter & Gamble Project Manager in Andover, Massachusetts
How would you like to lead the project launch of our newest innovations?
In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for technical and supply chain readiness on a project or initiative. You will act as a liaison in our technical community to ensure robust plans are developed to support initiative execution that may impact product, process, packaging, and/or manufacturing technology.
Important responsibilities include:
Ensuring the project team has a robust plan to deliver Technical Readiness (product/package, process/manufacturing technology, and overall supply network)
Proactively identifying and resolving any issues relayed to technical readiness to keep the project on track
Managing the Project Schedule from project establishment to product launch
Leading all technical reviews and providing direction to the Launch Team
Collaborating with a multi-functional project core team to ensure success
Ensuring funding and resources are in place to deliver the aligned plan
Communicating all project changes to the leadership team

We are seeking individuals with the following qualities:
3+ years of relevant experience leading initiatives or managing projects
A BS or MS in Engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, but will also consider other similar engineering degrees.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You will work with various functions, regions, levels (including key Leadership).
Strong critical problem solving and listening skills.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
