Job Description: Poland Patriot is seeking a financial analyst to provide program control support on the newest Patriot Partner international program in the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) product line within Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position. Thi s position is contingent on program award (expected in Q3 2018) or internal company funding. Specific responsibilities will include: Aid in establishing, analyzing and loading the initial baseline within given targets Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems Preparation of Earned Value (EV) financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews, Financial Reviews etc. Program control including monthly variance analysis Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. This exciting position will provide an opportunity to work on a program from the ground up, work on a unique program, perform estimates at completion, variance analyses, and utilize other metrics and tools used in the successful support of the program. Required Skills: 4+ years of work experience in Program Control/Earned Value or relevant professional experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with SAP accounting system / Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reports Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment Desired Skills: Program control experience Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a Team structure Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadership Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Experience with current Raytheon financial tools/systems: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. 120339BR 120339
