Job Summary:

Hybrid role offers the best of both worlds combining remote and on-site work. Our diverse, energetic and collaborative Global Supply Change Management (GSCM) team offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic growth oriented environment reporting to the Mercury/TTM Integrated Supplier Team (IST). You will be responsible for managing multiple complex products and subcontracts with Mercury Systems supporting the Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) Mission Area. As the key point of contact for Mercury, you are responsible for relationship development and managing escalation of issues through RMD and supplier leadership teams. You will provide strong programmatic and technical leadership to enable flawless execution and predictable delivery of products and services in compliance to the subcontracts. You will interface extensively with internal and external Stakeholders in managing current performance of existing contracts as well as in establishing product and process improvements and tailoring of technology roadmaps to support Program forecasts.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Lead cross-functional team consisting of one or more Subcontract Managers, Supplier Quality Managers, Engineers, and Program leads in day-to-day execution ensuring support for current program milestones.

  • Drive supplier to improve IMS utilization, technical compliance, on-time delivery, and risk management.

  • Drive supplier improvement projects and support major proposal efforts including ROMs, NTEs, and Firm Proposal submittals.

  • Support financial planning activities including forecasts, AOP and EAC.

  • Prepare and present executive briefs to senior executives, internal and external Customers.

  • Develop and execute recovery plans for negative variances (cost, schedule, performance) arising from program execution.

  • Frequent (20%) travel to RTX Woburn facility or Mercury Systems, located in multiple domestic locations, will be required to support Classified meetings and assist with programmatic and technical issue resolution.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Production, Engineering Management and/or Program management

  • Experience working together with cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams or experience with project or program management

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Business, Business related field, Operations, or Engineering

  • Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR contracts

  • Supplier Management Experience and Program Customer Interface.

  • EVMS Certification

  • Ability to influence organizations and people without direct authority

  • Experience with task statements and/or Statements of Work (SOW)

  • Experience using Product Data Management tools and MRP systems such as SAP / PRISM

  • PM, MPM, or SCM Certification (any level)
