Starrett Company is seeking the following position: Help Desk Coordinator Qualified candidates? roles include but not limited to: Requirements: Must be Excellent in MS Excel and good in MS Word and Internet. Must be Excellent in Customer Service. Must have strong Organizational skills, be Detail Oriented and able to Multi-task. Must be very skilled in Ticketing Systems. Ability to interact well with all levels of users. When time is available, Aggressively Extend Skills needed to handle Tech I issues. Responsibilities: Managing critical asset information data for User Access, Software Licenses, Computer Inventory, Mobile Phones and Printer Support Programs Handling/Computing communication input: Email, Phone and In Person Manage Access Control System for New Hires, Transfers, Terminations, New Users and Change Access Grants. Perform Asset Tagging Manage IT Peripheral Supplies.
