The IT Procurement & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination and execution of activities in support of internal IT Service Delivery involving hardware and software requisitioning, asset management, inventory management, vendor management, vendor order placements, and assisting with specific project resource acquisition requirements. The Logistics Coordinator must have excellent communication skills and well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
Key participant in performing routine tasks, that are commonly associated with operating a computer in accordance with detailed instructions
Organizes on-site desktop support to business with PC Hardware/software needs
Collaborates, develops and communicates technical, systems and application standards and ensures compliance with existing standards
Key participant in the maintenance of systems through completing documentation for testing and validation
Performs post-implementation support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems
Works with vendors to analyze and troubleshoot solutions
Identify new solutions and services for the desktop support team that align with business objectives
Key participant in the training of fellow desktop administrators in organizational processes
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree)

Responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships to both internal and external stakeholders
Provide overall logistical support to IT involving requisitioning/procurement associated with day-to-day operational needs, contract renewals, and asset tracking, asset provisioning, asset usage, inventories, etc.
Ensure continuous improvement of services and processes
Collaborates, prioritizes and maintains various vendor/partner agreements and/or portals
Key participant in the mapping of the vendor(s) into the overall IT Services ecosystem
Engage with vendors to populate and maintain vendor profile database and dashboard
Key participant in the dispute resolution process and enforce root cause analysis through process with operations teams
Organizes cost and associated risk analyses in support of original business case.
Seek and negotiate reductions where possible and participate in budget process
Key participant in vendor selections and negotiations with Legal and Indirect Procurement
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with PC OEM account reps to maintain global ordering portals with current specs and pricing for all regions. Help to resolve any global portal/ordering/invoice issues.
Monitor PC requests and place orders for all US PC hardware via blanket PO, track track spending, maintain PC inventory stock in Attleboro. Request quotes, place COUPA orders/Oracle requisitions (Headsets, Cables, Intermec scanners, Zebra printers etc.)
Verify hardware received at sites and approve invoices for A/P payment, receive in COUPA or contact shipping/receiving department to receive PO's in system.
Track and monitor software license assets and assignments. Assign license on MS O365 admin portal if not available reserve licenses in the MS Volume Licensing Service
Monitor employee/contractor terminations and reclaim software licenses for reuse.
Maintain monthly cross charge spreadsheet of all license charges and report allocations to finance.
Working with Indirect Procurement, quote new software licenses approved by IT council and manage inventory for the same.
Monitor Mobile Device requests, order new/upgrades, deactivate mobile devices, administer plans and input data to 3rd party data management service
Assist users with mobile device activations and resolve user issues
