Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a PM-2 PM-2 Project Management Support position performing squadron level front office executive and project management support for the 96 TG/ Det 1,Hanscom AFB, MA.


JOB STATUS: Full -Time


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree (years’ experience may be substituted for a degree)




  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance after start date.

  • Availability to work at the Hanscom AFB office 5 days/week.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent communication and customer interface skills required.

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities to meet customer requirements.

  • Administrative experience in a DOD environment is required.

  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in small and large team settings.

  • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.

  • Familiarity with military structure.


  • Active and current SECRET clearance is highly preferred.

  • Experience providing administrative support as an Executive Officer, on a Commander’s Support Staff (CSS) or a Commander’s Action Group.

  • Recent experience in Air Force personnel administrative duties at the Air Force squadron level or above.


  • Supports the 96 TG/Det 1 by managing and processing civilian and military personnel actions in Air Force personnel systems including Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), Virtual Personnel Center (VPC), Personnel Records Display Application (PRADA), LeaveWeb and others related to personnel leave, performance reports, change of station assignments, temporary duty, awards and decorations.

  • Maintains, assigns responsibility and tracks suspenses for items such as project meetings, team meetings, test meetings, test plans, test reports, and status reports. Maintains organization charts, recall rosters, spreadsheets and other documentation.

  • Confers with the Commander in planning daily schedules, reminding him/her of commitments made, matters which need attention and when necessary, assists in rearranging the schedule, cancels engagements, or makes other adjustments, ensuring all persons affected by such changes are notified. Arranges conference calls and initiates and ensures that all parties are present on call.

  • Assists with the preparation of agendas for meetings/conferences. Informs participants of subjects to be discussed, follows up on reports and studies required as a result of the meetings/conference, and advises the supervisor of their progress.

  • Composes replies to correspondence, types a wide variety of materials including, but not limited to memoranda, reports, letters, and tables on own initiative from oral directions or rough notes. Produces such items in final form using personal computer and assortment of standard office software such as word processing, spreadsheet applications, network calendar, e-mail, Windows, graphics software and DOD automated systems.

  • Assists with the document tracking system and records management. Responsible for determining and incorporating all material into the official records and for developing, organizing, and maintaining the electronic folders and the reference material in these folders. Closely works with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on issues to obtain accurate information for classifying and indexing records.

  • Coordinates extensively with leadership, peers and external organizations in the performance of responsibilities. Maintain organization charts, recall rosters, spreadsheets and other documentation.

  • Maintains 96 CTG/Det 1 Air Force SharePoint sites information.

  • In processes or out processes employees.

  • Reviews technical documentation distribution statements.

  • Uses judgment in researching regulations and determining the relationship between guidelines and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Plans, executes, and reports on original or ongoing analyses, evaluations, or investigations with varied, complex features that require a fresh approach to resolve new problems.

  • Maintains contact with other organizations, government agencies, managers, and contractors to exchange ideas and remain current on developments in area or field of responsibility.

  • Participates with the primary staff of the serviced organization in developing and organizing policies and programs and other related concerns for program management.

  • Writes and runs automated reports from a variety of computerized systems.

  • Manages day-to-day administrative functions of an organizational program; conducts reviews and analyzes program operations; advises and assists management with Human Resources processes.
