Overview
Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Logistics Management Specialist located at the Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. The Logistics Specialist willprovide life cycle logistics support to the Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/HNA) for the Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) Branch. Manage all logistics matters for the QRC Branch programs, including Full Motion Video Extension and Unified Relay (FUERY), Airborne Network Global Information Grid Interface (ANGI), Airborne Extensible Relay Over-the-Horizon Network (AERONet), and Combat Identification (CID) Server
LOCATION:Hanscom AFB, MA
JOB STATUS: Fulltime
TRAVEL: Occasional CONUS travel may be required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS(Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: DoD Secret clearance required, or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
EDUCATION: Master’s degree and 12 years of experience (5 DoD), or Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of directly related experience (5 DoD), or 20 years of directly related experience (8 DoD)
CERTIFICATIONS:No certifications required
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:Senior level
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase
Knowledge of the DoD’s integrated product support element structure
Proficient Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the weekly QRC Branch Integrated Logistics Support Working Group (ILSWG)
Provide logistics inputs for Acquisition Strategies, System Requirements Documents, Request for Proposals, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, and Program Management Reviews
Review and comment on Contractor Data Requirements List deliverables
Provide transportation planning and required documents to for domestic and overseas shipments
Enter all Government Furnished Property (GFP) into Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for all QRC programs
Manage Customer Authorization/Custody Receipt Listing (CA/CRL) accounts for the Tactical Data Networks Lab, including Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) assets
