Oasis Systems, LLC Sr. Program Manager (TDNE Program) in Bedford / Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts

Overview

Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Program Manager (TDNE Program) located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. This position will provide senior-level program management support to the Airborne Networks Division, Datalinks and Gateways Program Office (HNAG) supporting Tactical Data Network Enterprise (TDNE) initiatives including the Common Data Link (CDL) program.

LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA

JOB STATUS: Fulltime

TRAVEL: Occasional CONUS travel may be required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret clearance required, or the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance

EDUCATION: Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience (5 years DoD), or BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience (5 years DoD), or 20 years of experience (8 years DoD)

CERTIFICATIONS: No certifications required

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Senior

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and AFI 63-101/20-101

  • Knowledge of the roles and relationships within the DoD and Air Force acquisition stakeholder community and acquisition organizations

  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs

  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Program Manager (PM)/Materiel Lead (ML) with contract activities, including assessing what is within schedule and cost baselines, recommend viable solutions to problems, and pursue alternative courses of action

  • Support the development and review of draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, collaborate with a diverse group of functions to review proposals

  • Support technical evaluations and fact-finding efforts and subsequently, assist program lead on contract management

  • Perform program execution duties that include development and update of PEO weekly activity reports, corps reports, production corps program status reports

  • Develop, review, and submit division and program office staff briefing charts

  • Develop, review, update program status briefings for the PM for PEO level meetings

  • Develop, maintain program reporting and management of program critical events utilizing Lifecycle Management Process IDE, SharePoint, and US Space Force Task Management Tool

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to USAF command, directorate, division, and program taskers

  • Provide quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)

  • Support program management reviews, meeting reviews and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) reviews, and integrate inputs for the monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) assessments
