Oracle Associate Consultant, Client Services in Bedford, Massachusetts
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As an Associate Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, relative to competitors. Participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 1 year experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Working knowledge of Windows or NT. UNIX knowledge a plus. Will provide supervision of manager or mentor. Bachelor degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years prior business experience preferred.

Oracle-Textura Payment Management (TPM) is a cloud-based software service that streamlines the construction billing and payment process. TPM is offered within the Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) vertical at Oracle alongside many other products that serve this fast-growing industry. The Textura Client Services team is uniquely responsible for all aspects of the client lifecycle, including customer support, implementation and account management. You will collaborate with all levels of the Client Services group, as well as the Production Support and Product teams, to deliver TPM to our clients and support project implementations by ensuring delivery timelines are followed and issues are tracked and escalated as needed.
As a Client Services Consultant, you will work directly with Oracle’s clients and collaborate with team members to ensure our clients are successful in their use of TPM. By providing exceptional service over the phone, through e-mail, and in person at client locations, you will help our clients improve productivity, mitigate risk and enhance project communication through our cloud-based solution, Oracle-Textura Payment Management. The Client Services team is a fast paced, energetic, ever changing environment. We are goal oriented and driven to exceed client expectations.
Key responsibilities include
Answer support calls/emails and work with clients to fully understand, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Lead web-based and on-site training for both new and current Oracle clients
Assist your team with the implementation of the Oracle-TPM solution for both new and existing clients
Help understand clients current work flow and identify areas of need
Work with team members to identify, define, prioritize, and implement new system functionality
Work closely with cross departmental teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Demonstrate initiative to taking on increasingly challenging projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in communications, business, finance / accounting or related area of study - 2-3 years direct experience supporting clients via phone / email / in person
Customer Service experience
Comfortable presenting to large groups
Microsoft Excel skills required
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
Construction industry knowledge helpful, but not required
