Oracle Business Process Analyst 2 in Bedford, Massachusetts

Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.

May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources, addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met, and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree preferred.

We are looking for a hard-working, self-starter to join our Strategic Initiatives SuiteSuccess team as our Special Projects Solution Lead. This individual will be responsible for the execution of various special projects that are provided to our team at the direction of NetSuite GBU leadership Solution Lead will work closely with the various organizations within the NetSuite GBU (e.g. product, sales, services, account management, etc.) define, scope and implement the rollout of the respective special projects all while serving as the face of SuiteSuccess to the different organizations.

The Special Projects Solution Lead will be a highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful self-starter with sound planning, organization, and project management skills who possesses an unusually mature perspective on business, has a strong grasp of accounting, finance and ERP, is willing to be integrated across the organization as needed, and is eager to solve problems and learn new skills. The role provides an outstanding opportunity for cross-functional learning with exposure to the senior management team and to the issues typically faced by a team in a rapidly growing cloud software industry.

In this role, you ll be a project manager and take part in scope definition, risk identification, drive adherence to methodology and determine resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

-{PS..0}-> Work directly with the senior leadership team of the Strategic Initiatives team to determine key projects of focus

-{PS..1}-> Understand the business processes with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical reporting

-{PS..2}-> Develop reports and presentations for the management team to support performance of executed projects.

-{PS..3}-> Conduct complex research projects, gather and analyze data, evaluate trends and make recommendations where appropriate

-{PS..4}-> Be a part of a SWAT team consisting of multi stakeholder internal leaders to develop solutions to the various special project ultimately focused to improve customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.

-{PS..5}-> Lead or contribute to the development of program deliverables with applicable stakeholders

-{PS..6}-> Participate in business planning activities and ongoing progress reporting with the senior leadership to review the project plan

-{PS..7}-> Create key success metrics and applicable reporting. Contribute to senior leadership presentations to the executive steering committee to update on progress, value, and scalability of initiative

Minimum Qualifications:

-{PS..8}-> Bachelors degree preferably in Management Consulting, Accounting, or Business

-{PS..9}-> Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to present complex ideas in a way that will flex to various audiences

-{PS..10}-> High proficient in accounting and finance strongly preferred

-{PS..11}-> ERP Experience a plus

-{PS..12}-> Excellent project management skills for planning, coordination and communication

-{PS..13}-> Proven ability to prioritize objectives and duties

-{PS..14}-> Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership

-{PS..15}-> At least 5-7 years of experience in systems applications consulting, either sales, internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.

-{PS..16}-> Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with teams to develop and manage an implementation plan.
