Dell CSIRT Incident Manager in Bedford, Massachusetts

We are currently seeking a CSIRT Incident Manager - to join our team in Bedford MA.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of the Incident Response workflow and deliverables in the CSIRT by reviewing Incident queue regularly and analyzing incident closure
Working with the other CSIRT pillars to improve the Incident Response process within the CSIRT
Coordination of the CSIRT involvement in any Major Incident Management activities
Responsible for coordinating all activities related to CSIRT Declared Incidents
Assisting with the development of Run Books to ensure consistency across incident workflow
Typically requires 7+ years of Information Security experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, at least 2 years should be in Security Operations or Incident Response, or similar role
Solid working knowledge of currently accepted information security standards, guidelines and theories
Solid communication and presentation skills working with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and understand industry trends
Ability to prioritize deliverables and workflow in a queue based system
Experience with workflow and ticketing systems like RSA Archer, Remedy, ServiceNow, etc is a plus
- CISSP, CISM or other advanced security certifications are a plus
